摘要
有机农产品未必总是安全食品,有机农产品同样需要进行有效监管,监管的重点是有机农产品食源性疾病风险。有机农产品的食源性疾病风险主要包括:养殖和栽培环境的病原体污染,有机肥中的抗生素、激素类物质和重金属,有机农药残留和植物毒素以及真菌毒素污染四类。同时,广义地包括有机农产品在加工、贮运和销售过程的附加风险。在农产品可追溯体系建设中,有必要将有机农产品食源性疾病风险及其附加风险的关键信息纳入农产品可追溯体系的信息系统中,通过分级信息查询方式为消费者提供不同需求的信息检索和追溯服务,由此提高消费者对农产品尤其是有机农产品的支付意愿。
Organic agricultural products are not necessarily safe food and need effective supervision. Government supervision should focus on the risks of foodborne diseases in organic products. The risk of foodborne disease in organic agricultural products mainly includes pathogen contamination of farm- ing and cultivation environment, antibiotics in organic manure, hormones and heavy metals, organic pesticide residues and plant toxins, and myeotoxins contamination, and, in a broad sense, the addi- tional risks of organic agricultural products in the processing, storage and marketing processes as well. In the construction of traceability system of agricultural products, it is necessary to integrate the key information of the risks of foodborne disease and the additional risks. This system will provide consumers with various information retrieval and traceability services through hierarchical information inquiry mode, thus arousing consumers' interests to pay for agricultural products, especially organic products.
