Practice and Exploration of Education and Training of Innovative Talents in Chemical Industry

化工业建设发展对社会经济建设提供了强有力的推动力,这也使得社会对于高素质的化工人才需求量不断加大,而在新形势背景下,社会之中需要的化工人才,除具有实践能力外,还要具备较强的创新能力,在本文中笔者将结合自身的实践教学经验,对化工类创新型人才培养教育教学实践做出以下探索。

The construction and development of chemical industry to provide a strong impetus to the economic construction of the society, which also makes the social demand for talents of high-quality chemical quantity increasing, and in the new situation, the society needs talents with practical ability in chemical industry, and also has a strong ability to innovate, in this paper the author will combine the practice of the teaching experience, teaching practice to make the following research on the cultivation of innovative talents in chemical engineering.
