基于就业导向的高职学生职业素养教育研究

Research on Employment-Orientated Vocational Quality Education for Higher Vocational College Students

以就业为导向的政策向高职学生的未来发展提出了明确的指示方向,相对于普通高等学校而言,高职学校更注重学生未来就业问题,因此职业素养的培养必然是高职学校教育的核心。本文主要从高职学生职业素养培养教育的内涵及特征入手,对基于就业导向的高职学生职业素养教育现状进行简要介绍,并对其培养途径进行分析研究。

Employment-oriented policy put forward clear direction to the future development of higher vocational students. Compared with ordinary higher education, higher vocational schools should pay more attention to students＇ future employment, so the occupation accomplishment training is the core of higher vocational education. This paper starts from the culture connotation and feature of occupation quality education of students in higher vocational colleges,and analyzed its cultivation path based on a brief introduction to the present situation of employment-oriented occupation quality education of higher vocational college students.
