摘要
在单一再制造商和单一回收商构成的二级逆向供应链系统中,考虑回收检测误差,应用博弈理论研究了再制造商主导下的废旧产品回收定价策略,分析了回收检测误差对废旧产品回收价格及逆向供应链各方利润的影响。通过MATLAB软件对定价决策与额外拆解费用进行算例分析,结果表明:随着回收检测误差α和β的降低,不仅可以提高废旧产品的回收价格,而且能够减少资源浪费,使废旧产品回收数量与逆向供应链系统的利润上升;误差β的减小对额外拆解费用的降低有明显作用,误差α的减小则使额外拆解费用上升。
In a single manufacturer and a single collector two level reverse supply chain system, the recovery detection error is considered, and game theory is used to analyze the pricing strategy for recycling manufacturers led by the analysis of the impact of measurement error on recovery and recycling of waste products and the price of the reverse supply chain profit. Through the MATLAB software on the pricing and additional dismantling costs are analyzed, and the results show that the recovery and reduce the detection error can not only improve the recycling price of waste products but also can reduce the waste of resources, so that the number of recycling of waste products and reverse supply chain profits can rise; error reduction has obvious effect on reducing the extra dismantling costs ,which reduces the additional error of dismantling costs.
