宁神温胆汤治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Ningshen Wendan Decoction in Treatment of schizophrenia

目的分析宁神温胆汤治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取北京市大兴区精神病医院2015年1月至2016年1月期间收治的84例精神分裂症患者的临床资料,按照入院顺序将其分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例)。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予宁神温胆汤治疗;对比两组精神分裂症患者的临床治疗总有效率。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论宁神温胆汤治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效比较显著,可在临床治疗工作中进一步观察使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Ningshen Wendan decoction in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods Clinical data on a total of 84 patients with schizophrenia treated at our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 was analyzed retrospectively.In ehromolgical order of hospitalization,42 cases were given con- ventional treatmen and served as the control group while another 42 cases were additionally given Ningshen Wendan decoction was the observation group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Ningshen Wendan decoction treatment of patients with schizo- phrenia has good efficacy and is worthy of popularization clinical work.
