摘要
高效液相色谱法是分离分析复杂物质的有力工具。其定性定量的重要依据就是色谱峰的有关数据。当获得某一复杂物质的色谱图时,首先关心的是色谱峰的纯度如何,即一个色谱峰究竟是一种组分构成。
A technique for validating peak purity of high performance liquid chromatography was described. It is found that severely overlapped peaks can be identified easily using the first derivative technique, when the impurity can hardly be judged from the conventional chromatograms. Naphthalene, biphenyl, ethyl benzoate, dibutyl phthalate and their mixtures were studied by this method. The experimental conditions were as follows: packed with 150×4.6 mm (i. d.); YWG-C_(18)H_(37) (10 μm); mobile phase: methanol; detection UV 254 nm; sample size: 10 μl. The derivative technique can be used not only in HPLC but also in GC and TLC. This method is simple, reliable and easy to operate.
