摘要 随着自动化和信息化技术的发展,生猪屠宰机械设备和技术现代化是一个必然的发展趋势。简述生猪屠宰加工的一些关键的现代化设备和先进技术。 With the development of automation and information technology, the modernization of live pig slaughter mechanical equipment and technology was an inevitable development tendency. Some key modern equipment and advanced technology for live pig slaughter and processing were briefly de- scribed.
