中药塌渍配合TDP神灯治疗腰椎间盘突出症66例

TCM Collapse Stains Combined with TDP Irradiation in Treatment of 66 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察中药塌渍配合TDP神灯治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将132例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组(66例)和对照组(66例),两组均给予0.9%NaCl注射液250mL+注射用骨肽100mg静脉滴注(qd)、藤黄健骨胶囊口服(1.5g,bid)、中药蒸汽浴(腰部)熏蒸(qd)治疗,观察组则配合中药塌渍及TDP神灯照射治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为96.97%,显著高于对照组的87.88%(P<0.05)。结论:中药塌渍配合TDP神灯治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、简便、疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the efficacay of TCM collapse stains combined with TDP irradiation for lumbar disc herniation. Mothods： 132 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group （66 cases） and control group （66 cases）, both of which heated with 0.9% NaCI injection 250mL＋ ossotide for injection 100rag intravenous dripping （qd）, orally taking Tenghuang Jiangu capsules （1.5g, bid） and Chinese herbal steam bath （waist） fumigation （qd）, while observation group combined with TCM collapse stains and TDP irradiation, observed the ef- ficacy of the two groups. Results： The overall response rate of observation group was 96.97%, which was significantly higher than 87.88% that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapy of TCM collapse stains combined with TDP irradiation is safe, simple and definite effective in treat- ment of lumbar disc herniation.
