摘要
目前,智能变电站因设备多变、链路复杂,使得检修工作量和技术难度增加。为此,提出了就地化保护新技术。与传统保护相比,就地化保护节约了建设成本,缩短了跳闸延时,提高了检修效率,但就地化保护检修安全策略还处于研究初期,缺乏实用性较强的检修安全策略。通过分析就地化保护的设计结构和信息流交互模式,提出了针对就地化保护检修的安全策略,并对就地化线路保护和就地化元件保护检修安全策略进行详细分析,为就地化保护检修安全策略的实施提供参考。
At present, the maintenance work load and technical difficulty increase due to variable equipment and complex links in intelligent substations. Therefore, the paper presents a new technology of local protection, which in contrast with tradition protection saves construction cost, reduces tripping delay and improves maintenance efficiency. However, the security strategy research of local protection maintenance now is in its infancy and lacks practicable maintenance security strategy. Through analysis on design structure and information flow interaction mode of local protection, the paper gives security strategy for local protection maintenance and analyzes local line protection and element protection maintenance safety strategy to provide reference for the implementation of security strategy for local protection maintenance.
