摘要
阐述了托辊横梁的作用和基本结构,采用Inventor专业化三维绘制软件,根据托辊横梁二维草图设计结果转换成三维模型,应用其中内嵌的有限元分析模块Simulation,针对托辊横梁进行静力分析,得出托辊横梁在工况荷载作用下的应力和变形散布规律,为托辊横梁的的优化设计,从保证安全,降本增效的角度提供了参考依据。
Mainly states the function and basic structure of the roller beam, which employs spe-cialized three - dimensional software. Change the roller beams two - dimensional sketch design to the three - dimensional model, and use the embedded finite element analysis Simulation to do the static a- nalysis of the roller beam. With the roller beam s stress and transformation rule under the function of the workload, the design can be optimized and provide powerful reference data to make sure the safety, reduce the cost and increase the efficiency.
