摘要
随着终身教育、终身学习和学习型社会建设三大理念的传播,学分银行成为国内学者和各级政府关注的热点。通过理论研究回顾和实践探索梳理,可以发现国内对于学分银行概念功能的理解仍存在较大差异。基于概念功能分析,目前我国学分银行可分为两大类型:主体型学分银行和平台型学分银行,在今后的理论研究和实践探索中,须明确两类学分银行,避免混淆其定位、混乱其功能。
With the spread of lifelong education, lifelong learning and learning society, credit bank has gradually become the hot issue for researchers and government in domestic. However, through the review of theoretical research and practical exploration, it can be found that there is still a big difference between the understanding of the concept and function of the credit bank. Analysis based on functional differences showed that the credit bank in China can be divided into two types : Main Body and Platform at present. We have to distinguish these two types of credit bank clearly and avoid confusing their position and function in theoretical research and practical exploration.
