摘要
地面大侧风是民机试验试飞的MOC5科目,目标是检验飞机发动机和辅助动力装置(APU)在侧风情况下的启动和工作能力,对于飞机的动力系统是一个重要考验。而大侧风是一个很难捕捉和把握的气象自然状态,此项试验非常难以组织。适航条款的要求也难以用数据证据表明。本研究进行了试验组织架构的合理搭建与试验内容的高效安排,通过不断的飞机调整与大侧风试验演练,并基于高时空分辨率的数值模式,获得了精准的气象预测,成功取得有效数据。为了快速进行试验点决策,创新性地使用了滑动平均法完成了实时数据的抓取、判断与分析,最终达到条款要求,完成地面试验。该大侧风试验的成功组织与实施为后续试飞活动以及未来其他型号的大侧风试验奠定了良好的基础与技术储备。
Ground crosswind test belongs to MOC5 subject of civil aircraft flight tests. The objective is to verify the starting and working capability of the aircraft engine and Auxiliary Power Unit( APU),which is critical test for the aircraft power system. The organization of the test is difficult because the crosswind,as a special weather condition,is hardly to be captured to satisfy the airworthiness requirement. This study introduces a reasonable establishment of the test organization and effective implementation of test contents. Through several aircraft adjustments and crosswind pre-tests,accurate weather prediction is obtained based on the numerical model of high spatial and temporal resolution. In order to make timely decisionmaking,this study applies the moving average method creatively in data acquisition and finally completes the test with the airworthiness requirement satisfied. The successful organization and implementation of the ground crosswind test lays a good foundation for subsequent flight test as well as further tests for other aircraft types
