基于煤体支承应力的姚家山矿首采工作面煤与瓦斯突出危险预测

Dangerous Prediction of Gas Outburst in the First Mining Face Based on Coal Abutment Pressure of Yaojiashan Mine

摘要 为了预测姚家山矿首采1(4+5)01工作面回采过程中煤与瓦斯突出危险,建立力学模型,理论分析了水平应力σ_x与支承应力σ_v之间的关系。通过数值计算,得到煤壁内单元煤体的支承应力变化规律,得出工作面的支承应力的最大值出现在中部,为73.46 MPa,最小值出现在工作面靠近两侧煤巷的位置,为56.21 MPa,靠近工作面顺槽两侧的单元煤体更容易发生突出初始破坏;代入公式计算得到若要工作面煤壁内单元煤体不发生突出的初始破坏,煤壁内水平应力的变化和数值不能超过41.97 MPa。 For predicting the risk of coal and gas outburst in the first mining 1(4+5)01 face in Yaojiashan Mine, we establish a mechanical model, analyze the relationship between horizontal stress σx and abutment pressure σv. By simulating the variation of unit coal in mining face, the biggest abutment pressure happens in the middle of mining face, it is 73.46 MPa, the smallest abutment pressure happens in the position of crossheading, it is 56.21 MPa. The unit coal near the crossheading is easier to be initially damaged. By the formula simulating, if the coal unit does not has initial damage of outburst, the horizontal stress of mining face can not exceed 41.97 MPa.
