摘要
以本钢南芬选矿厂的尾矿为资源,回收高品质石英。试验采用原矿脱泥—弱磁—强磁—反浮选的工艺流程,最终得到石英精矿产率21.51%、石英品位99.15%的试验指标,实现了铁尾矿资源的综合回收利用。
Tailings from Bensteel Concentrator in Nanfen are used as resources to recycle high-quality quartz. The technological process of desliming of raw ore-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation is adopted in the experiment. Finally, experimental indexes with quartz concentrate yield of 21.51% and quartz grade of 99. 15% are obtained and comprehensive recovery and utilization of iron tailings is realized.
