摘要
根据贵州某硅钙质磷矿石的性质,对其进行了正浮选脱硅富磷研究。结果表明,采用1粗1扫正浮选工艺闭路试验流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占76.50%,pH调整剂碳酸钠用量为1 500g/t,抑制剂水玻璃用量为2 000g/t,粗选捕收剂AF用量为1 000g/t,扫选捕收剂AF用量为200g/t的条件下,获得了P2O5品位为32.20%、P2O5回收率为90.42%、SiO2质量分数为13.35%的磷精矿,达到了脱硅富磷的目的。
study was conducted on desilication and phosphate enrichment in the direct flotation tests on a siliceous and calcare- ous phosphate rock in Guizhou. The results showed that with -- 0. 074 mm fineness of grinding being 76.50%, dosage of pH reg- ulator sodium carbonate 1 500 g/t, depressor sodium silicate 2 000 g/t, collector AF in roughing 1 000 g/t and collector AF in scavenging 200 g/t, the phosphate concentrate with 32. 20% P2O5 grade, 90.42 % P2 O5 recovery and 13.35 % SiO2 content is produced using one roughing and one scavenging direct process in the closed circuit tests, achieving the goal of desilication and phosphate enrichment.
