摘要 "中国制造2025"将从两个方向展开:"智能工厂"和"智能制造"。智能工厂和智能制造中都涉及到一个问题:自动化生产时物料的转运。所以自动化的流水线是智能工厂的一个重要组成部分。全面推广和使用自动化的流水线有利于改善工人的工作条件,大大提高生产效率和质量。由此可见,自动化改造是制造业工厂在工业4.0推动下的必由之路[1]。从工业2.0时代迈向工业4.0,在提高生产线的自动化的同时,还应该注意对工序工艺的分析,以及对工业机器人的深入了解[2]。将工业机器人合理地运用到企业的自动化改造之中,智能无线调度控制装置在代替人工转运中起着关键的作用。 "Made in China" 2025 will start in two directions: "smart factory" and "intelligent manufacturing". There is a problem in intelligent factories and intelligent manufacturing: material transfer during automated production. So automated pipelining is an important part of an intelligent factory. The overall promotion and use of automated assembly line is conducive to improving the working conditions of workers, and greatly improve production efficiency and quality. Thus, the automatic transformation is the only way for manufacturing factories to be promoted under the 4.0 industry. From the industrial 2.0 era to the industry 4.0, while improving the automation of the production line, it should also pay attention to the analysis of process and process, as well as in-depth understanding of industrial robots. The industrial robot is used rationally in the automatic transformation of the enterprise, and the intelligent wireless dispatch control device plays a key,role in replacing the artificial transportation.
