摘要
"中国制造2025"将从两个方向展开:"智能工厂"和"智能制造"。智能工厂和智能制造中都涉及到一个问题:自动化生产时物料的转运。所以自动化的流水线是智能工厂的一个重要组成部分。全面推广和使用自动化的流水线有利于改善工人的工作条件,大大提高生产效率和质量。由此可见,自动化改造是制造业工厂在工业4.0推动下的必由之路[1]。从工业2.0时代迈向工业4.0,在提高生产线的自动化的同时,还应该注意对工序工艺的分析,以及对工业机器人的深入了解[2]。将工业机器人合理地运用到企业的自动化改造之中,智能无线调度控制装置在代替人工转运中起着关键的作用。

The industrial robot is used rationally in the automatic transformation of the enterprise, and the intelligent wireless dispatch control device plays a key,role in replacing the artificial transportation.
