摘要 学前班是对学龄前儿童进行教育的一种组织形式,是农村发展学前教育的一种重要形式。由于农村小学附属学前班的办学管理体制、教师编制等方面存在不合理性,当前农村学前教育发展不容乐观。应优先考虑将学前班纳入义务教育,进一步完善教师编制,完善教学和组织管理制度,提升家园合作质量,这样做能够在一定程度上缓解小学附属学前班教育发展困境,是实现农村学前一年教育健康发展的有效措施。 Preparatory class is a form of organization of education for preschoolers, which is an important form of preschool education in rural area. However, this kind of preschool education is not well developed due to the problems in school management and teaching staff. The paper holds that in order to promote preschool education development in rural area, preparatory class education should be included in compulsory education,and efforts should also be made to improve the quality of teaching staff, perfect management system and promote cooperation between kindergarten and family.
