移动互联网时代高职院校网络舆情现状调查及引导策略——以江苏省5所高职院校为例

Online Public Opinion of Higher Vocational Colleges in Mobile Internet Era: A Case Study

通过对江苏省5所高职院校网络舆情实际情况的调查,发现高职院校网络舆情处理时效性较差、网络舆情主体自身的复杂性、网络舆情监督与管理缺失等问题,为此要积极营造良好的校园网络舆情环境,管控舆情态势;加强校园网络舆情主体构建,培养学生网络意识;完善校园网络舆情应对机制,正确引导网络舆情走向;加强校园网络舆情队伍建设,培养网络"意见领袖"。

According to study on the actual situation of network public opinion in five higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu province, this paper has found out that vocational college students are lack of supervision of public opinion, the subject of the network public opinion is special, and the process of campus network public opinion spread is complicated and it is difficult to guide. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes to create a good environment for the campus network public opinion, train students＇ awareness of network morality, law and safety, improve the campus network public opinion response mechanism, strengthen the team construction of campus network public opinion. Therefore, it can provide some reference for higher vocational colleges to prevent and solve the network public opinion crisis.
