摘要
组织学习对新创企业动态能力的提升乃至生存与发展均具有重要意义,产业集群既是新创企业的重要区位优势,更是新创企业开展组织学习的重要外部环境。新创企业组织学习包括知识识别、获取、整合、共享与应用等环节,既可能受到产业集群内知识集聚、人才集聚、供需方集聚、信任机制以及外部经济性等有利因素的正面影响,也可能受到集群内部知识的相似性与企业间恶性竞争性等不利因素的负面影响。在产业集群内部,新创企业应构建良好的网络关系,利用集群的外部经济性、共享效应和临近优势积极开展探索式学习,提高组织学习的准确性,加强企业内部知识沟通,建设学习型企业。
Organizational Learning has a great significance for dynamic capability promotion and development of new ventures. Industrial cluster is an important location choice and also an important external environment of new ventures. Organizational Learning of new ventures includes knowledge identification, acquisition, integration, sharing and application, which influenced by positive factors such as knowledge cluster,talents aggregation,supplying and demanding parties cluster,trust mechanism and external economy,or negative factors such as knowledge similarity and competition among enterprises in the cluster. Therefore,in order to strengthen organizational learning management,new ventures in the industrial cluster should build a good network environment,take advantage of cluster proximity and sharing effect,carry out exploratory learning actively and build a learning organization.
