摘要
α_2-巨球蛋白(α_2-MG)是血浆中相对分子质量最大的蛋白质,由肝细胞与单核-巨噬细胞系统合成,是由4个相同的亚基组成的同源四聚体结构。α_2-MG是血浆中一种广谱的蛋白酶抑制剂,参与多种疾病的病理生理过程。文章对α_2-MG的结构和功能及其糖基化进行了简要阐述,并对α_2-MG与肝癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌和其他常见恶性肿瘤的关系以及α_2-MG糖基化与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展进行了综述。
Alpha-2-macroglobulin(α2-MG) is the largest protein in plasma,which is synthesized by livercells and mononuclear macrophage system. Human α2-MG is a homotetramer comprised of 4 same subunits. As abroad spectrum protease inhibitor in plasma,α2-MG is involved in the pathophysiology of many diseases. In thisreview,the structure and function of α2-MG and its glycosylation are brie?y expounded. The research progresson the relationship of α2-MG with liver cancer and other common malignant tumors are reviewed,as well as theresearch progress on the relationship between α2-MG glycosylation and carcinogensis.
