摘要
干部档案信息共享,关系到我国"从严治党"的"十三五"发展战略实施。本文通过档案信息共享概念内涵的分析,界定了档案信息共享概念,并以此理论为指导,从信息利用权限角度和共享主体权限角度,提出实现干部档案信息共享的条件和方式。
The sharing of personnel archives is related to the implementation of the strategy of comprehen- sively strengthening the Party discipline in China＇s 13th Five-Year Plan on National Economic and Social Development. This paper defines the concept of archival information sharing by analyzing its connotative meanings. Using the concept as theoretical guidance, the authors propose the conditions and the ways of sharing personnel archives information from the perspective of controlling the right of information users and the right of archives authorities.
