风力发电机齿轮油国产化的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of the Nationalization of Wind Turbine Gear Oil

文章以进口风机齿轮油作为对比润滑油,对比了三种国产润滑油的各项理化性能和润滑性能指标,分析了国产风电机齿轮油在风电机上应用的可行性。结果表明,与国外名牌风机齿轮油相比,国产风力发电机齿轮油在理化指标和润滑性能等指标与进口齿轮油相近,满足国标要求。因此,风力发电机齿轮润滑油的国产化完全可行。

In this paper,the physical and chemical properties and lubrication performance indexes of imported wind turbine gear oil and three kinds of domestic wind turbine gear oils are compared.The feasibility of applying domestic wind turbine gear oil to wind turbine is analyzed.The results show that the physical and chemical indexes and lubricating performances of domestic wind turbine gear oils are similar to those of foreign famous brand wind turbine gear oil,which meet the requirements of the national standard.Therefore,the nationalization of wind turbine gear oil is entirely feasible.
