摘要
学习共同体教学模式倡导民主、平等的课堂观念,强调以交往互动为教学主旨,在尊重彼此差异的基础上平等交流与对话,从而促进学生对知识的建构性学习。在高校行政管理专业学科教学中,依托案例教学,构建学习共同体,对于提升学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,增强教学的实效性,无疑有其实际意义。
Learning community promotes democracy and equality in classroom teaching, emphasize the interaction as the teaching purpose, respect each other based on equal exchange and dialogue to promote the students to construct knowledge. In the teaching of administration management major, constructing learning community is of practical significance to enhance students ability to analyze and solve prohlems, enhance the effectiveness of teaching.
