This paper expounds the concept of smart home,and its development status at home and abroad.The system framework,electrical functional components of smart home are mainly introduced as well as the three key technologies of smart home（artificial intelligence,cloud computing,big data）,finally the paper introduces the function and use requirements of smart home.
