Research on Cultivation of Practical Combat-oriented Network Security and Law Enforcement Professionals

公安机关实战部门面临着网络安全立法、机构设置、专业人才总量不足和分布不平衡且流失严重等问题,应根据实战部门对网络安全与执法人才的需求,对实战部门的岗位进行科学设置、完善人才结构、规范从业人员的资格证书、合理安排教学内容等,培养以实战为导向的具有实战能力和综合素质高的网络安全与执法专业人才。

The practical combat sectors of public security organs are confronted with problems in network security legislation, organization structuring, insufficient total number, unbalanced distribution and serious brain drain of police professionals.In light of the demands of the practical combat sectors for network security and law enforcement professionals, efforts need to be made to cultivate practical combat - oriented network security and law enforcement professionals with practical combat ability and high comprehensive quality through scientific setting- up of the posts of practical combat sectors, improvement of talent structure, standarization of practitioners＇ qualification certificates, and reasonable arrangement of teaching contens.
