摘要
以教师信息化教学绩效评估为研究对象,从数字化教学资源投入、数字化教学过程以及数字化教学结果 3个方面构建了数字化教学绩效评价指标体系,将差异驱动的动态评价方法应用到数字化教学绩效评价问题中。最后,从建立利益相关主体共同参与的评价机制、构建多维价值主导的评价准则体系机制以及形成基于评价结果的动态优化激励机制等方面提出了提高数字化教学绩效的对策。
Taking the teaching performance evaluation information as object,it uses the digital input and teaching resources and the teaching process to construct the evaluation index system of digital teaching performance,and applies the difference driven dynamic evaluation method to the performance evaluation of digital teaching.Aiming at the evaluation system from the establishment of the stakeholders involved in the construction of the mechanism,the formation of the leading multi value evaluation results,the optimal incentive mechanism based on the dynamic aspects,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the performance of digital teaching.
