摘要
针对煤矿主运煤皮带液力耦合器调速方式启动电流大、同步控制困难、设备磨损率高等缺点,详细阐述了变频调速技术的工作原理和具有的优点,并比较了液力耦合器和变频调速在煤矿皮带运输系统调速控制方面的优缺点,认为变频调速技术具有较好的适应性。以山西某矿主皮带运输系统为例,研究分析了变频调速技术的实际应用效果。
Based on disadvantages of speed regulation of coal belt hydraulic coupler in coal mine main belt including high current, synchronization control difficulty and higher equipment wear rate, working principles and advantages of frequency conversion technology were discribed. The advantages and disadvantages of hydraulic coupler and variable frequency speed regulation in control of speed regulation of coal mine belt transportation system were compared, the result showed that variable frequency speed control technology had good adaptability. Taking the mine belt transport system of a mine in Shanxi as an example, practical application of frequency conversion speed control technology was analyzed.
