Cu^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(2+)浸种及喷施对绿豆产量及叶片部分生理指标的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Soaking and Spraying of Cu^(2+), Mg^(2+) and Fe^(2+) on Yield and Some Physiological Indexes of Mung Bean Leaves

摘要 该试验以绿豆品种白绿9号作为试验材料,使用浓度为50 mmol/L的CuSO_4、MgSO_4、FeSO_4溶液分别进行浸种、喷施、浸种+喷施处理,以蒸馏水处理为对照。探讨Cu^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(2+)各处理对叶片叶绿素、SOD、POD、MDA的影响。结果表明:Cu^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Fe^(2+)在绿豆分枝期、开花期、成熟期3个时期中均起到显著增加叶绿素、MDA含量,提高SOD、POD活性的作用,其中浸种处理效果最佳,Mg^(2+)、Fe^(2+)效果更好。 The mung bean variety Bailü No.9 was used in this experiment. Bailü No.9 was soaked and sprayed withCu SO4(50 mmol/L), Mg SO4(50 mmol/L) and Fe SO4(50 mmol/L), with distilled water as control. The effect of Cu^2+,Mg^2+, Fe^2+in branching stage,flowering period and maturation period on Chlorophyll,SOD, POD, MDA of mung beanwas explored. The results showed that chlorophyll, MDA, activity of SOD and POD increased by Cu^2+, Mg^2+, Fe^2+treatment in above three periods. Soaking was the best among the three treatments. The effects of Mg^2+, Fe^2+were bet-ter than Cu^2+.
