介助老人起居室空间智能化设计研究

Intelligent Design of Living Room for the Device-aided Elderly

1990年以后,我国人口老龄化进入飞速发展的阶段,直至2000年,不小于65岁的老年人口由六千两百多万增至八千八百多万,占总人口的比例上升2个百分点,达到6.9%,我国提前进入老龄化社会阶段。随之而来的社会经济、政治文化、生产生活、医疗国防等相关问题日益凸显。本文以社会机构养老为例,通过实地考察及调研分析,结合介助老人生理、心理特征和老年人行为生活尺度相关规范,运用现代智能化家居系统的新技术,整理出一套适合老年人起居生活的智能化空间设计体系,并通过即时案例对所得理论做具体实践,在落实可行性的同时,回馈和补充原有理论知识构架,为介助老人起居室空间智能化设计做新的尝试,亦为老年人家居环境智能化体系添砖加瓦。

After 1990,the aging population in China entered a stage of rapid development.The population ages 65 and more was increased from about sixty-two million to about eighty-eight million until 2000,which proportion was increased by two percentage points,reaching 6.9%.China entered the aging society in advance.The following social and economic,political and cultural,production and life,medical and defense related issues are increasingly prominent.Taken the social pension agency as an example and combined with the physiological and psychological characteristics of elderly and related standards of the behavior and life scale of elderly,a living space intelligent design system suitable for the elderly was proposed through the on-the-spot investigation and analysis in application of new technology of modern Intelligent Home Furnishing System.Through the concrete practice of the instant case to implement the feasibility of theory,the feedback and complement the original theory framework will be acted as a mediator to help the living room space intelligent design for the elderly,which with an aim to make contribution to the Intelligent Home Furnishing Environment System design for the elderly.
