摘要
通过对拆装式箱型房屋进行楼面和柱顶竖向分级加载试验,研究底框结构的竖向抗弯承载力、立柱的屈曲模式和临界屈曲荷载,分析底框梁梁端、底框梁跨中、柱底与柱中等关键部位的受力性能。试验结果表明:底框结构的冷弯薄壁异型梁刚度较弱,竖向挠曲变形较大;施加柱顶荷载,降低了底框梁跨中挠度和跨中应力;立柱发生整体弯扭屈曲;由于构件加工误差、螺栓的安装偏差等原因导致立柱在竖向同步加载时受力性能有一定差别。
Through the vertical load test of the floor and columns of the removable box house,the flexural bearing capacity of the floor system was studied. The buckling modes and critical buckling load were acquired. The mechanical behavior of the beam ends,the mid-span beams,the column bases and the mid-span columns were also analyzed. The research showed that the irregular cold-formed thin-walled steel beam had lower stiffness and large deformation. The load of the columns could obviously decrease the deformation and stress of the mid-span beams. The columns had flexural-torsional buckling modes. The machining error of components and the installation error of the bolts could lead to a different structural behavior in the vertical synchronism load.
