摘要
全面系统综述我国关于教学能力评价的相关研究,归纳学界关于教学能力评价的现状与问题、理论依据、作用、意义、原则、方法、指标体系、对策建议等八个方面的主要学术观点,分析研究的现状与不足,提出拓展研究的方向,以期为相关领域的研究者及实践工作者提供借鉴和参考。
From conducting a systematic review to the related research articles in China about teaching ability evaluation to give the main academic viewpoints of eight aspects about the evaluation of teaching ability: the present situation and problems, theoretical basis, function, significance, principle, method, index system,countermeasures and suggestions of the evaluation of teaching ability. And then, analyze the present situation and shortcomings of the study, put forward the direction of expanding research, in order to provide reference for researchers and practitioners in related fields.
