With constant extending and expanding of the function and task of military sanatoriums,the importance of talent team construction is more prominent. The questions of talent team construction of military sanatoriums in the new period were aimed at in this article. We proposed the opinions and suggestions in culturing channels,building platform,constructing environment and management mechanism. All these could further provide reference and experience for talent team construction of the sanatorium.
