摘要
"风药"系指具有类似风之性能的中药,其味辛薄、其性升浮,具发散表邪、宣通表气、治疗表证的作用。此类药物有"升、散、燥、动、透、通"的特性,有通畅心气、舒达肝气、升举脾气、开宣肺气、鼓舞肾气之效能,中医在心、肝、脾、肺、肾五脏病证的辨证治疗方药中灵活配伍,可起到协同增效的作用。
Feng medicine refers to TCM medicine with wind-like properties, its flavor is thin, its nature tends to rise and float, and it has the function of dispersing the exterior pathogenic factors, transmitting the exterior Qi and treating the exterior syndrome. These medicines have the characteristics of ＂rising, loosing, dry, dynamic, transparent and open＂, and they have the function of regulating heartqi, soothing liver-qi, lifting spleen-qi, opening lung-qi and encouraging kidney-qi. TCM treatment can achieve a synergistic effect based on heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney syndrome differentiation and dialectical treatment of drugs with flexible compatibility.
