摘要
针对田湾核电站使用的压力脉冲传感器进行介绍,并对应用中存在的问题进行总结,提出优化与改造方案,经过俄方设计厂家论证可行后,并通过核安全局的安全重要修改申请审批,依据编制的施工方案及辐射防护方案,在机组大修期间增加脉冲管线及隔离阀对压力脉冲传感器实施了替代,改造完成后,后续压力传感器更换将摆脱对反应堆停堆工况的限制,满足预期设计目标期望,对国内核电站后续类似传感器的改造提供借鉴与参考。
The paper introduces the pressure pulsation transducer at Tianwan Nuclear Power Station(TNPS), and summarizes the existing problem of using pressure pulsation transducer. The system operator put forward the optimization and modification,after the demonstration of Russian design manufacturer and the approval of the safety and importance reply from National Nuclear Safety Administration(NNSA), according to construction scheme and radiation protection scheme, the operator carry out the modification adding isolating valve and pulsation pipeline in outage at TNPS. The replacement of pressure pulsation transducer will get rid of restrict of reactor shut-down condition, and meet the needs of design. It could offer experience and reference for similar transducers' modification in civil nuclear plants.
