摘要
传统的波峰焊机自动化程度不高,焊接性能有限。为提高焊接效率,保障焊接质量,根据企业的流水线生产方式和波峰焊工艺流程,设计了一种在线式选择性波峰焊机,实现了助焊剂喷涂、PCB预热和选择性焊接的一体化和全自动化,提高了焊接的灵活性和焊接质量,可以无缝地嵌入到企业的流水式生产线上进行焊接生产。
Traditional wave soldering machine is bad-automatic and its welding performance is limited. In order to improve the welding efficiency and ensure the welding quality, one type on-line selective wave soldering machine was designed according to the production line of the enterprise and the wave soldering process. It realizes the integration and full automation of flux spraying, PCB preheating and selective welding and improves the welding flexibility and welding quality. It can be seamlessly embedded into the enterprise's production line hn" welding production.
