摘要
目的探讨尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白(OX—LDL)水平、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法以2013年2月至2015年5月本院收治的206例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机数字表法均分为对照组、研究组各103例,对照组实施基础药物治疗,研究组另实施注射用尤瑞克林治疗,观察治疗前后两组ox-LDL、IL-1、VEGF、神经功能缺损[中国卒中患者神经功能缺损评分(CSS)]评分、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分及药物安全性。结果治疗后两组ox-LDL、IL-1、CSS评分较治疗前明显降低,VEGF、ADL评分明显升高,且治疗后研究组的各项指标变化程度较对照组明显(P〈0.05),两组药物不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论尤瑞克林可有效调节急性脑梗死患者血清ox-LDL、IL-1、VEGF水平,明显改善患者神经功能及预后生活质量,是一种疗效切确、预后效果佳、安全可靠的治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the effect of urinary kallidinogenase on serum levels of oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL), interleukin-1 (IL-1), and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 206 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 were selected as subjects, and were randomly divided into control group and study group with 103 patients in each group. The control group received basic treatment, and the study group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase injection. The levels of ox-LDL, IL-1, VEGF, neurological impairment [China Stroke Scale (CSS)], Activity of Daily Living Scale (ADL), and drug safety in the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of ox-LDL and IL-1, and CSS score significantly decreased, while the level of VEGF and ADL score significantly increased in the two groups, and changes of above mentioned indexes in the study group were greater than those in the control group (P〈0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase can effectively regulate the serum levels of ox-LDL, IL-1, and VEGF, improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction, which is an effective, safe, and reliable treatment plan with good prognosis.
