大学生宿舍人际关系矛盾高发期及原因分析——以长治学院为例

Interpersonal Contradiction Period of College Students in Dormitories and Its Reasons——Taking Changzhi College as an Example

宿舍是大学生生活的重要场所和进行人际交往的主要阵地,其人际关系的和谐与否对大学生的成长有着重要的影响。目前大学生宿舍人际关系的总体状况是和谐的,但也存在一些问题,即大学生宿舍人际关系矛盾在不同年级所发生的频率不同,矛盾高发期在大二、大三年级。大二、大三年级矛盾频发的影响因素主要有大学生价值观念的差异、处理矛盾的方式不同、家庭经济状况不同及宿舍小团体和核心人物的出现。此外,学校管理层对宿舍的管理、发生矛盾时宿舍以外人员介入的时机和方式等因素都会对宿舍的人际关系产生影响。因此,为改善大学生宿舍人际关系的状况,今后可以从加强学校教育、建设宿舍文化、改进宿舍管理、提高大学生自身素质四个方面来努力。

The dormitory is an important place for students and their interpersonal relationships. The healthy development of their interpersonal relationships greatly affects students＇ future. Currently, the re- lationships in the dormitories of college students are in good conditions~ however, there are still some problems. The conflicting frequency for students in different grades presents a different trend. Students in senior and junior are more likely to generate conflicts, which results from their different values, different ways of dealing with disagreements, various family financial situations and the emergence of groups and core people. In addition, the dormitory management, the time and ways of other people＇s involvement also greatly influence students＇ interpersonal relationships in the dormitory. Therefore, in order to improve college students＇ interpersonal relationships in the dormitory, efforts should be made, including enhancing the college education, building positive dormitory culture improving the dormitory management and students＇ own comprehensive quality.
