摘要
基于268份直接主管与新生代员工的配对问卷,实证考察了包容型领导对新生代员工主人翁行为的影响以及主管忠诚的中介作用和传统性的调节作用。研究结果表明,包容型领导对新生代员工主人翁行为具有显著的正向影响;主管忠诚在包容型领导对新生代员工主人翁行为的影响中发挥完全中介作用;传统性在包容型领导与新生代员工主人翁行为关系中具有显著的负向调节作用。
Based on 268 questionnaire dyads of new generation employees and their supervisors,this paper empirically investigates the effect of inclusive leadership on the ownership behavior of new generation employees,as well as the mediating role of supervisor loyalty and the moderating role of traditionality. Research results show that inclusive leadership has significantly positive effect on the ownership behavior of new generation employees. Moreover,supervisor loyalty fully mediates the effect of inclusive leadership on the ownership behavior of new generation employees while traditionality plays negative moderating role on the relationship between inclusive leadership and the ownership behavior of new generation employees.
