格列美脲联合二甲双胍及阿卡波糖治疗糖尿病临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of glimepiride combined with metformin and acarbose in the treatment of diabetes mellitus

目的对糖尿病(DM)患者采取格列美脲联用二甲双胍、阿卡波糖治疗的效果进行分析。方法 96例DM患者,采用数字表法随机分成对比组和探究组,各48例。对比组采取格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗,探究组在对比组用药基础上加用阿卡波糖治疗。治疗3个月后,对比两组临床效果,并测定治疗前后患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)水平。结果治疗3个月后,探究组总有效率为95.8%,明显高于对比组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c均较治疗前得到改善,且探究组患者的FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c改善效果优于对比组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论格列美脲联合二甲双胍、阿卡波糖治疗DM效果更确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of glimepiride combined with metformin and acarbose in the treatment of diabetes mellitus（DM） patients. Methods A total of 96 DM patients were divided by number table method into control group and research group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with glimepiride combined with metformin, and the research group was treated with acarbose on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups were compared, and fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, postprandial 2 h plasma glucose（2 h PG） and glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1 c） levels were measured before and after treatment. Results After 3 months of treatment, the research group had obviously higher total effective rate as 95.8% than 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, both groups had better FPG, 2 h PG and Hb A1 c than before treatment, and the research group had better improvement effect of FPG, 2 h PG and Hb A1 c than the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of complications（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of glimepiride and metformin and acarbose shows affirmative effect in treating DM with few adverse reactions, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
