摘要
本文以某公司生产的MQG2240型球磨机为研究对象,进行链式传动系统的结构改造设计。结果表明,球磨机采用链传动代替齿轮传动在理论上是完全可行的,并且链传动球磨机具有齿轮传动所不具备的优势。
This paper used the MQG2240 ball mill as the research object, the structure of the ball millchain drive system was designed. The results showed that it was theoretically feasible to use chain drive in-stead of gear drive in ball mill, and chain drive ball mill had the advantage that gear transmission doesnot have.
