摘要 3D打印技术已经在许多领域得到应用,其灵活、方便性得到很多大、中、小学教师的关注,并在自制教具方面得到了推广。目前常用的自动变速器有辛普森式、拉维娜式、双离合式和无级变速器这四种,他们都有齿轮传动机构,有自己的空间布置及特色,但它们在壳体内部,结构复杂,较难拆卸,因此在教学中讲解其机械结构和运动规律较为抽象和枯燥。为了提高"教、学、做"一体化教学的效果,各高校教师已在自制教具方面开展了研究,鼓励学生运用三维软件建模并利用3D打印技术将四种变速器齿轮部分做成教具,在教与学的环节中起到了很好的效果。 3D printing technology has been applied in many fields. Its flexibility and convenience have become a great concern in many higher, middle and primary school teachers. And it has been popularized in the field of self-made teaching aids. There are four types of automatic transmission frequently used: Simpson style, Ravigneaux style, dual clutch style and continuously variable transmission (CVT). They all have gear drive mechanism and spatial arrangement and characteristics of their own. But they are inside of the shell with complex structure and are difficult to remove. So interpreting their mechanical structure and laws of motion in teaching can be abstract and boring. In order to improve the teaching effect of the integration of "teaching, learning and doing", college teachers have carried out researches on self-made teaching aids. They encouraged students to make gear parts of four kinds of transmis- sions as teaching aids by 3D modeling software and 3D printing technology, which had great effect on the process of teaching and learn- ing.
