基于德尔菲法建立肿瘤病人静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标

Establishment of nursing sensitive quality indicators intravenous chemotherapy in patients with tumor based on Delphi method

[目的]建立恶性肿瘤病人静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标评价体系,为临床护理管理者提供科学的静脉化疗护理质量评价依据。[方法]通过查阅文献、相关书籍及专家会议讨论建立恶性肿瘤病人静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标池,应用德尔菲法进行指标筛选及权重赋值。[结果]两轮专家咨询后,最终确定恶性肿瘤病人静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标体系,包括一级指标2项,二级指标15项、三级指标39项。[结论]基于德尔菲法构建的恶性肿瘤病人静脉化疗护理质量敏感性指标体系科学、可信、合理,可应用于临床静脉化疗护理质量评价。

Objective:To establish a nursing sensitive quality indicators system of intravenous chemtherapy in patients with malignant tumors and to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of intravenous chemotherapy nursing.Methods:Through consulting literature,relevant books and expert meeting discussion,the hursing sensitive quality indicators index pool of intra-venous chemotherapy sentitive quality indicators for patients with the malignant tumor was established.The index selection and weight assignment were carried out by Delphi method.Results:After two rounds of expert consultation,the nursing sensitive quality indicators system of intravenous chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors was determined,including 2 primary indexes,15 secondary indexes,and 39 tertiary indexes.Conclusions:Nursing sensitive quality indicators intravenous chemotherapy of patients with malignant tumor based on Delphi method was scientific,credible and reasonable.It could be applied to evaluate the quality of clinical intravenous chemotherapy nursing.
