摘要
针对普通设备加工零件时位置公差和角度公差难以控制的实际情况,利用对称加工原理,设计出高精度回转工作台,解决了工件加工时准确定位和快速分度的工艺技术问题,产品质量满足了设计要求,为普通设备能够轻松加工出高精度产品提供了一种全新的解决思路和实现途径。
The position tolerances and angular tolerances of general equipment are difficult to control when machining parts.In order to solve this problem, symmetrical machining principle is used to design high-precision rotary table. The problem ofaccurate positioning and rapid indexing of the workpiece is solved. Product quality can meet the design requirements. A newsolution is provided for the ordinary equipment to easily process high-precision products.
