基于片区快件派收的立体仓库设计

摘要 为解决片区内快件派收过程中快件杂乱无序、派收效率低、易丢件等弊端,设计了用于片区快件派收的立体仓库,通过电机带动快件在立体仓库回转月牙机构做圆周运动,通过检测装置,结合分布式离合机构、升降台机构、推拉机构,实现对指定快件的快速、高效存取;快件存放于相应月牙盘,避免快件堆放杂乱无序;全密封式的储物箱体配备密码锁,保证快件存放的安全性.该设计为快递员减轻工作量,避免丢件,实现片区快件高效、有序、安全派收. To solve the shortcomings of express disorders, low efficiency and poor security in area express during express delivery, we design a tiered warehouse facility for it. Combined with distributed-clutch mechanism, lifting?-mechanism and push-pull mechanism, the motor drives the express in circular motion in the warehouse by the crescent rotary mechanism. So that we can make it to achieve the fast, efficient and accurate extraction of specified express. We can store the express in the corresponding crescent plate to avoid the messy express and to keep the express in order. Besides, to ensure the security, we equip the storage box in the express delivery car with electronic locks. This can help to save a lot of work and it can avoid the risk of losing. It may also create the conditions for efficient, orderly and safe delivery in area express.
