摘要
在文献研究的基础上,引入企业内部激励作为传导中介,构建了政府支持行为对企业技术创新绩效的影响机制模型,并以浙江省中小企业为研究样本,在通过实地调研获取的数据信息的基础上开展实证研究。研究结果表明:政府支持行为对于中小企业创新绩效具有正向促进作用,并能通过完善企业内部激励机制来提高企业创新绩效,即中小企业内部激励在政府支持行为与创新绩效之间具有部分中介作用。在此基础上提出了相关对策建议。
On the basis of literature research, this paper introduces the internal incentive mechanism as anintermediary, attempting to construct the mechanism model of the influence of government support behavioron the technological innovation performance of enterprises. Grounded on the research data of small and medi-um-sized enterprises in Zhejiang province, the paper obtains the data through the field of research andcarries out the empirical research. The results show that the government support behavior has a positiveeffect on the innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises, thereby improving the innovationperformance of enterprises through the improvement of internal incentive mechanism. On this basis, the pa-per puts forward some relative countermeasures and suggestions.
