摘要
本文以创新扩散理论为依据,通过问卷调查对档案学本科参与式教学从相对优势、兼容性、复杂性、可试性、可观察性五个维度展开评价性研究。调查结果显示,档案学本科参与式教学的评价结果整体良好、各维度中不同项目的评价结果有所差异、在专业素质和能力方面的评价结果高于基本理论、基本知识、基本技能方面,在此基础上提出改进措施,以供同行参考。
Based on innovation diffusion theory.a questionnaire survey on participative teaching at the undergraduate level is conducted. Five dimensions such as comparative advantage, compatibility, complexity,testability and observability are evaluated in this article. As is surveyed, evaluation results are overall good about participative teaching at the undergraduate level. Difference exists among projects, especially professional quality and ability are better evaluated than basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills. Finally,improvement measures are put forward for the colleague reference.
