摘要
目的:探讨翼状胬肉术后运用角膜绷带镜的临床疗效。方法:选取于某院行翼状胬肉切除术患者39例(50只眼),根据干预方式的不同将其平分为观察组和常规组各25只眼。观察组翼状胬肉切除术后使用角膜绷带镜,常规组术后不作特殊处理,仅常规加压包扎,并将2组术后不同时间段VAS评分、角膜上皮修复情况进行对比,另将2组随访期间翼状胬肉复发情况进行对比分析。结果:观察组术后2 h,1 d,2 d,3 d,5 d疼痛程度评分均明显低于常规组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与常规组在术后1 d,3 d,5 d角膜上皮修复情况比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);随访期间观察组无翼状胬肉复发情况,常规组4例患者复发翼状胬肉,约占16.00%(χ2=17.391,P=0.000),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将角膜绷带镜运用于行翼状胬肉切除术患者中,可有效减轻术后疼痛程度,促进角膜上皮的修复,降低翼状胬肉复发率,改善患者预后,具备临床意义与运用价值。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of silicone hydrogel contact lens as a bandage after operation of pterygium.Methods:39 patients receiving resection of pterygium(50 eyes) were equally divided into two groups according to different intervention methods,25 eyes in each group.The study group used the silicone hydrogel contact lens after the resection while the conventional groups did not take any special treatment except for the conventional pressure bandaging.At different time periods,the VAS points,repair conditions of the corneal epithelium as well as the recurrence rate during the follow-up visit for the two groups were compared.Results:After 2 h,1 d,2 d,3 d and 5 d of the surgery,the pain degree for the study group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P〈0.05).After 1 d,3 d and 5 d of the surgery,the repair conditions of the corneal epithelium for the two groups were significantly different(P〈0.05).During the follow-up visit,the study group had no recurrent case while the conventional group had 4(16.00%)(χ^2= 17.391,P = 0.000),the difference being statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:After the resection of pterygium,the silicone hydrogel contact lens can relieve the pain degree,promote the repair of the corneal epithelium,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the patient's clinical prognosis.It is of great importance in clinical practice.
