摘要
医学影像诊断学的教学目标是让学生了解影像成像技术的原理,掌握成像手段的选用原则,掌握常见病的影像表现,培养独立阅片及分析诊断的能力。但传统的信息灌输教学模式忽略了学生的独立分析能力难以达到教学目标,影响教学质量和效果。为达到教学目标和改善效果,文章探索符合医学影像诊断学教学实习的参与式教学法,将参与式教学与传统教学有机结合并应用,可激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学生的沟通交流能力及培养学生进行高层次思考的能力,并有助于激发教师的教学热情,提升教师专业发展水平,从而达到教学目标,提高教学质量和效果。
The teaching aim of medical imaging diagnostics is to make students understand the principle of imaging technology, master the selection principle of imaging method, master the imaging manifestation of common disease, cultivate students' ability of independent reading and analysi. But the traditional teaching mode ignores the students' independent analysis ability .It is difficult to reach the teaching goal and affect the teaching quality and effect. In order to achieve the teaching aim and improve the teaching efect, This paper explores the participatory teaching method which conforms to the practice teaching of medical imaging diagnostics, that is combine participatory teaching with traditional teaching.It can stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative, improve students' communication skills and thinking ability, stimulate teachers' teaching enthusiasm, and enhance the level of teachers' professional development , so as to achieve the teaching goal and improve teaching quality and efect.
