盐都·龙岗文化遗产开发的伦理性拷问与开发模式

Yandu·the Ethical Interrogation and Developmental Model of the Development of Long-Gang's Cultural Heritage

文化遗产开发,由于认识不充分、保护不到位、商业性思维意识,出现诸多有悖可持续发展的伦理问题。盐都·龙岗文化遗产多涉及明清两朝、涵盖众多文化名人、文化现象、文艺形式,包括曲艺、诗歌等多方面内容,迫切要求在其保护开发过程中坚持"文化母体"和"原生场"原则。文章首先对盐都·龙岗——文化遗产开发发起伦理性拷问,并作相应分析,强调文化遗产保护与开发的原则,结合盐都·龙岗文化遗产实际状况,给出博物馆式保护与产业开发、遗址保护与整体开发和农业文化遗产旅游开发三种模式。

Due to lack of understanding and protection as well as the commercial way of thinking of the development of cultural heritage, many ethinical issues contradictory to sustainable development occur. The cultural heritage of Yandu Long-Gang frequently touches upon the Ming and the Qing Dynasties, involving numerous cultural celebrities, cultural phenomenon and cultural forms including aspects such as Chinese folk art forms, poet~/etc.; it is urgently required that the principles of ＇cultural matrix＇ and ＇primary field＇ to be persistently adopted during the process of protection and development. This paper firstly initiates ethical interrogation of the development ofYandu · Long-Gang＇ s cultural heritage; meanwhile it presents corresponding analysis; it emphasizes the principles of protection and development pertaining to cultural herirtage as well as provides three models： museum style protection and industrial development. heritage site protection and holistic development, and lastly, agricultural cultural heritage tourism development all by incorporating the practical circumstances of Yandu · Long-Gang＇ s cultural heritage.
