摘要
针对某重型载货汽车在低速行驶过程中的尘土污染问题,建立车辆与整个流场区域模型,并将模型导入CFD软件进行仿真。由仿真结果可知,空气经过冷却风扇后,部分气流吹向车辆底部地面造成局部扬尘污染。据此提出2种改进方案,并进行仿真研究。结果表明,延长护风罩和增加导流板对扬尘有很大的抑制作用,分别使污染区域减少58.9%和50%,车辆底部空气流场明显改善。
Aiming at the dust pollution of the truck, the truck and whole flow area 3D model is built by CATIA software. All 3D models are led to CFD software for simulation. Analysis results show that air was passing cooling fan and blowing at the bottom of the truck, which caused local dust pollution. According to the simulation results two concepts for improvement were proposed and simulated, simulation results indicated that modification of increasing the guide plate and lengthening wind shield of cooling fans did inhibit the dust, dust deposition areas are reduced for 58.9% and 50%. The air flow field at the bottom of truck is obviously improved.
